Steady Home Services is a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience building, renovating & managing fine homes. Our passion for craftsmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction set us apart in the industry.

Doug & Jessica have been building and renovating custom homes since 2002. After moving to Pagosa in 2020, they recognized a need for professional home services and thus began Steady Home Services.

When they are not working on fine homes in the area, Doug & Jessica can be found tending to their hobby farm or enjoying the mountains year around with their 3 sons.
